By using pixelprairiefm.com or engaging PixelPrairie for web design, app development, or AI services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

PixelPrairie is a solo web design business run by Kuldeep Kataria, offering website design, custom app development, AI voice/chat systems, SEO, and hosting setup for local businesses in the Fargo-Moorhead area, starting at $600. Exact scope and deliverables for a project are agreed on before work begins.

Pricing shown on this site and in the instant quote tool is a starting estimate; final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Projects typically require a deposit (via Stripe, through our /quote or /payment pages) before work starts, with the balance due on completion or per an agreed schedule. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we don't store your card details.

Timelines and the number of included revisions are set per project and communicated directly. Delays caused by missing content, feedback, or approvals from the client may extend the timeline.

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website and its content. Until then, deliverables remain the property of PixelPrairie. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

Deposits cover work already scoped and time already committed, so they are generally non-refundable once work has started. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us directly and we'll work out a fair resolution.

Our site and services use third-party tools including Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Bland.ai/Twilio, and Vercel. AI-generated content — including our free website audits, AI chat, and voice agent Sara — is provided for general informational purposes and may occasionally be inaccurate; it isn't professional, legal, or financial advice.

We build high-quality, fast, well-optimized websites, but we can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales outcomes — those depend on many factors outside our control.

PixelPrairie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
