PixelPrairie ("we," "us") builds websites, apps, and AI systems for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through pixelprairiefm.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

• Contact & audit forms — name, email, and (for the free audit) your website URL, submitted via our contact and audit forms.
• Payments — when you pay a deposit or invoice, Stripe processes your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
• AI chat & voice — messages you send our AI chat widget or say to our voice agent "Sara," and, for phone calls, your phone number and call transcript.
• Leads dashboard — an internal, password-protected tool we use to manage outreach. It is not accessible to the public and does not collect visitor data.
• Technical data — standard hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our host, Vercel.

This site uses only the cookies it needs to function — currently, a single session cookie for the internal leads dashboard login. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views so we know which pages are worth improving. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you to other websites — it tells us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.

Because it stores nothing on your device, it is on by default. If you would rather not be counted, choose Opt outon the notice at the bottom of the page, or reopen it any time with the cookie button in the corner — that genuinely switches it off rather than just dismissing the message. If you opted out before, you are still opted out; we did not reset anyone's choice.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run this site. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — powers our AI chat assistant
• ElevenLabs — powers the voice of our AI agent Sara
• Bland.ai / Twilio — handles outbound and inbound phone calls
• Upstash — stores call history for our internal leads tool
• Vercel — hosting and server logs

We keep contact and audit submissions only as long as needed to respond to you or provide the service requested. Reasonable technical measures (hashed credentials, rate limiting, HTTPS) protect data in transit and at rest, but no online system is 100% secure.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing kuldeepkataria45@gmail.com.

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our services change. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
