Built exactly to her list.
Divine Home Care is a non-medical home care agency in Fargo. Before any work started, owner Welma Yalartai sent a written list of every page she needed. The job was to build that list, page for page.

The goal
Families and county case managers had no easy way to see which services Divine was approved to provide, or how to start care.
Show exactly what Divine provides, and give families, hospitals and case managers each a clear way in.
A page for every service
The site has 28 pages, including one for each of Divine’s 13 services. Home care providers in North Dakota are approved one service at a time, so the site lists only the services she named. Nothing was added to make the list look longer.
The Medicaid page shows the Agency QSP unit rates she supplied, by service and by travel distance.

A clear way in for everyone
Families start with a three-step Request Care form. Hospital discharge planners and social workers have their own referral form, and caregivers who want to work for Divine can apply online.
Every form is built to send to Divine’s business inbox. If a message can’t go through, the form says so instead of pretending it worked.

Built for the whole agency
Medicaid or private pay
Medicaid Waiver and private pay each have their own page, so a family can tell which one applies to them before they call.
Ready for Google
Every page has its own title and description, and a sitemap lists all 28 pages, so each service can be found on its own.
Easy on any screen
The site works on a phone as well as a desktop, and Privacy, Terms and an Accessibility Statement are part of the build.
Approved and live
Welma approved the finished site on August 13, 2026. It is live on her own domain at divinehomecarend.com.
“He is genuinely considerate. He will communicate with you to prevent any misunderstandings. He assists in clarifying to ensure your project is completed precisely according to your specifications. I would recommend him to anyone.”
