Fargo, ND · Healthcare staffing

A website that works with her workflow.

Asha was launching Dakota Healthcare Staffing in Fargo. Jobs and applicants already lived in Vars Health. Her website needed to bring people into that system and give facilities a simple way to reach her.

Dakota Healthcare Staffing

Fargo, North Dakota

Launch

October 2, 2026

The goal

For a new staffing agency, a second place to manage jobs would add work every time an opening changed. Dakota already used Vars Health for its job postings and applicants.

Build a clear public website that feeds Vars, rather than another system Asha has to keep up.

Jobs stay in Vars

The Find Jobs page embeds Dakota’s live Vars job board. When Asha posts a job in Vars, it appears on the website automatically. Nurses apply into Vars, where she already manages applicants.

Vars’ Apply Now action cannot complete inside an embedded board, so the site opens the board in a new tab for applicants to finish there.

Facilities get a direct line

A new facility can describe the staff it needs in the Request Staff form. The request goes straight to Asha’s inbox, and Reply goes back to that facility.

Before launch, we tested the complete request-and-reply email loop with a real message. The form also has spam protection and rate limiting.

Built for the whole agency

A place for every visitor

Separate pages explain each role and service, while a chat helper answers common questions and points people to the right next step.

A direct route for facilities

The Request Staff form sends a staffing request to Asha’s inbox. She can hit Reply and reach the facility directly.

The details that make it usable

Facility Login connects existing clients to Vars. Privacy, Terms, an Accessibility Statement, and an analytics cookie choice support the live site.

Ready for Asha to run

We tested the phone layout before launch. The site went live on October 2, 2026.

The handoff included a separate Google Business Profile setup and a plain-language PDF guide, so Asha can manage the site herself.
